Episode 41: Truth and Poetry

Shares

Today I’m so excited to share a solo episode with some personal thoughts and then I’m going to end it with some spoken word poetry.

Henry David Thoreau was a philosopher — Transcendentalist — Scientist.

Thoreau lived for two years, two months, and two days by Walden Pond in Concord, Massachusetts. His time in Walden Woods became a model of deliberate and ethical living. As a naturalist, Thoreau understood that the path to a greater understanding of our life on earth is through an understanding of the natural world around us and of which we are part.

Why am I talking about Thoreau? Well, I’ve been having a recurring dream. And it incorporates the word Truth. I share the dream in this episode (keep in mind that I don’t have any tattoos…yet).

I hope that this episode inspires you to awaken the dreams that are dormant inside of you in 2019.
